My Business My Family terms and conditions

1. The Event

i) “My Business My Family” (MBMF) is a multi-format event consisting of one or more of; ½ day, full day, multi-day event, provided by MBMF, reference3s to “we”, “us”, “our’ relates to MBMF.

ii) These terms and conditions are the general terms and conditions that apply to MBMF.

iii) This agreement is between you, also describes as one or more of; the “Individual”, the “Business”, the “Entrepreneur” or any other participant name as implied.

2. Confidential Information and Privacy

2.1  Since certain information may be discussed to you or other participants during MBMF seminar, it is important, that you help us maintain your privacy and confidentiality and those of other participants by acknowledging and agreeing:

i) that the information discussed by other participants at MBMF. may be private or confidential; and

ii) not to directly, or indirectly communicate or disclose (whether in writing, orally or in any other manner) any information that is stated by a participant to be “confidential”, if disclosed within MBMF.

2.2  As a participant we may hold and store your personal data (including your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, photograph, and credit card (under certain circumstances)) to (i) pay for services, (ii) provide detail of our other services to you or (ii) to complete internal administration related to you.

2.3  We may contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or via the Internet) in relation to MBMF or other events, products or services in which you may be interested. If you wish to opt-out of such communications, please write to us at contact us

2.4  We may photograph or film during MBMF and our lawful basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interests for the purposes of promoting future events and grow our business. This will not affect your individual rights. In the event, you do not wish to be photographed or filmed during the event make it known to a member of the team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 2.5  As a participant of any MBMF seminar or program any information materials and opinions expressed in any seminar or program is for education only and may not accurately represent commercial application requirements by interpretation of clarity events in its raw state.

2.6 The S=MC2 mentoring, coaching and consulting Clarity session is the determinant to any program plan, your responses are the basis of the initial program. Your participation and application are the basis of any results to both you and your business.

3. Events and Programs

i) All program or any material or information transferred by means of visual, audio, electronic or discussion shall not to be duplicated for any purpose without prior written consent from MBMF.

ii) Any access, permissions, memberships to any program or part thereof are in-confidence and must not be used, shared, offered, sold, reproduced or otherwise given to anyone. 

iii) The S=MC2 program is a 12-month program, payable at the beginning of each calendar month. The program requires honest participation by participants and no refunds will be given. Cancellations due to the failure of the participant to act on any such mentoring, coaching or consulting generating less than optimum results does not constitute reason for cancellation. 

iv) Hardship clause, the S=MC2mentoring, coaching and consulting program is a grass roots program to create real and genuine benefit to its participants. Genuine cases of hardship will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be given; however, at the discretion of Pentleton, additional support and alternative modelling options may be available.

v) At the end of the first 12 months you may be invited to continue the program and in certain cases should your business be entering scale-up, Pentleton (ABN 56815965101) can offer you introductory discounts with our partnering business specialists.

vi) Additional sequential Mentoring, coaching and consulting may be available at our gazetted membership rates.

vii) S=MC2 workshops and conferences are on an invitation only basis and must be paid prior to confirmation, Cancellations must be within 48 hrs otherwise a no-show fee may apply. 

viii) Conduct, it is a condition that all program participants must respect the program, educators, mentors, coaches, consultants and other participants. All program members are requested to conduct themselves with the professionalism expected from and required of the modern entrepreneur and business person. No unsolicited pitching, sales, offers or any other unsolicited commercial conduct is to be carried out within any S=MC2electronic platform, workshops or seminars. Unprofessional conduct may result in suspension from any or all programs.

ix) MBMF and the S=MC2 mentoring, coaching and consulting program reserve the right to alter, vary or otherwise modify these terms and conditions as and when required, any variation will be sent to current participants. This agreement does not remove or reduce any rights or obligations as set out by the laws of any or all consumer rights of New South Wales, or any other state or territory of Australia.

x) Membership or participation of any program or part thereof shall be by agreement and consent of the above terms and conditions of this agreement.
